Happy to report we've resolved our backlog issues and we're back to our normal 2-4 days turn around time.
Answering machine blues
I apologize if you've been trying to get through and haven't been getting the answering machine. As we don't answer the phone if we're busy with customers our machine gets used a fair amount and this morning I noticed that it was turned off. It's back on.
